...Good Morning, Charlie prizes can only be won once; no limit on anything else as long                         as your 30-day wait is over

...Prizes must be picked up at WCKB; please call studio line if you need to come outside           of regular business hours                          

...Prizes must be picked up within 2 weeks; certificates expire 2 weeks from the date you          win, unless otherwise noted

...Prizes cannot be mailed, unless they are sent directly from the provider and we get your

            mailing address when you win

...You must meet any announced requirements and follow announced rules for specific

            contests in addition to these general guidelines
