General William C. Lee Gospel Sing

The General William C. Lee Gospel Sing The General William C. Lee Gospel Sing was held June 1st at the Stewart Theater in Downtown Dunn. The Kingsmen, Higher Faith, The Surles Family, and The Pope Brothers all made this concert a rip-roaring success!
We all had a great time, despite the monsoon that arrived right before the concert. Neal came prepared, though. Jason normally plays bass, but this night he stepped right up to lead position. He did a great job.
Andrew Ishee, pianist for The Kingsmen, is a show all by himself.	The Kingsmen started off the program with one of my favorites, "Just As the Sun Went Down."
