Greensboro Gathering, 2000

Greensboro Gathering, 2000 was held in Greensboro Saturday, June 17th at the Hunter Hills Baptist Church. WCKB's Margie Raynor, Lottie Squires, and Sharon Jackson, attended the event which featured Legacy Five, The Talley Trio, and Higher Faith.

As you will be able to see, the night was full of excitement, which then gave way to God's sweet Spirit once the concert began. We thank God for such a blessed time we had in Greensboro. I hope you enjoy the pictures of Higher Faith, The Talley Trio, and Legacy Five

Margie Raynor and Sharon Jackson anxiously await the beginning of the concert. By the way, Sharon is WCKB's roving field reporter. She brings you Southern Fried Gospel's News Update heard each Sunday after church on WCKB.

Dennis Sparks, a talented saxophone player who appears with the Hoppers on certain dates, invited us to dinner before the concert.

Scott Fowler of Legacy Five welcomes about 600 folks to the Greensboro Gathering.

Taylor Golman of Higher Faith sings the song, "Angels In Heaven." This song is a powerful tool used by MADD, Mother's Against Drunk Driving, in their campaign to stop people from drinking and driving.

The Talley Trio sing one of their most popular songs, Built on the Rock.

Taylor Golman of Higher Faith joins the Talley Trio on their new single, "Searchin'."
